Filling some big shoes

Daddy had just gotten some new boots for his trip over to the desert so little Miss Priss just had to try them on. What better outfit...Princess nightgown with Daddy's military boots! It doesn't get any better than this!

Back in April we went over to Orlando and visited Downtown Disney! This is great place to go because you enjoy a little bit of Disney without spending a lot of money! Now don't get me wrong...they have a lot of things you CAN spend your $$$ on but we still had so much fun without buying stuffed animals and all kinds of Disney gadgets! There was this great place for little girls where you could dress up as your favorite princess, get your hair done and makeup done and have professional pictures made. That looked like so much fun but maybe in another 2-3 years we'll go back to do that when the girls are a bit older and can enjoy it more. It was great spending time as a family again after Ian had just gotten back from being gone for a plane swap in the desert. Yea...Daddy's home!!!

Harrison's visit

My nephew, Harrison came to visit us back in April, and it was so awesome having him! Ella Rose absolutely worships the ground he walks on and Carolina Grace thinks he's pretty great too! Of course his Aunt Vonda and Uncle Ian LOVED having Harrison visit. Harrison is really growing up into a wonderful little man. He was so kind, such a helper, and he has such a heart for God. On the way back from the pool, there was a storm brewing in the distance and Harrison prayed that not one drop would fall on our heads. We rode the bikes as fast as we could home and can you believe not one drop fell on our heads and it was a 15 minute ride. Harrison kept saying, "Wow Jesus answered my prayer!" It is such a testimony to us adults that when we pray God does answer! There were several times that I looked at him and it took me back years ago when Anthony was that little because they are so much alike! Harrison Tyler Williams, we loved having you and can't wait for Jackson to visit this week!!!

We hated to say goodbye to him, but we met Mimi and Papa at Cracker Barrel so they could take him back up to The Villages. We were jealous to say the least that he had to go!!!
Harrison is a fabulous reader and so smart too!
Can you tell we kinda think the world of this boy?
